Job Description

Do you enjoy attending events? How about coordinating and organizing? It is a skill for sure, and we are looking for talented and experienced event organizers for the future Global From Asia events.

There is a host of different roles that we have available for these events, but the primary tasks would be:

* Assisting with the preparation of the event – the printed materials, the signs, the backgrounds, stickers, gift bags, directions to the events, working with training the volunteer team.
* Helping with the registration desk – making sure people are checked in correctly is critical. People get frustrated if they are not handled properly, so we need to make sure the booth has all the registered guests ready and smooth.
* Trade booth area – certain events have a trade booth area. We want to make sure that there is all the tools and information communicated to them so that they can get their stuff setup.
* Audience control – keeping the main speaker rooms in order and going smooth is critical in order to ensure the quality of the event stays top notch.
* Coordinating with Sales – let’s keep everyone on track. Sales team will have questions and requests and we hope the event team will be fast to reply and give the proper information.
* And so much more – as you know, if you have organized an event before there is a lot of work to do! We want a flexible and open minded person to take charge and rock these events!
